Q. Will I get an order number when I order online?
A. Yes, you will receive a confirmation email that details your order number and confirms the item/s that you have ordered.
Q. I am having problems entering an order online or using a coupon code. What do I do?
A. If you are having problems entering an order online or if the coupon code you are entering is being rejected, please email us, and we will gladly assist you.
Q. What if I miss a product?
A. We do feature the same products again at a later date, but we make no guarantee that you will see it again at the same price. The high volume of purchases means our pieces can sell out quickly.
If you've ordered a piece of jewelry that is out of stock, out of production, or not available, we will notify you right away and assist you in making an alternate selection. We reserve the right to suggest alternative jewelry pieces, and we do not honor orders placed for items that are no longer in stock.
Q. How do I pay for my order?
A. You can pay using PayPal or any of the major credit or debit cards, including American Express. The price on screen includes VAT at the US rate. These methods are presented to you upon check-out.
Q. Can I pay by cash/cheque or postal orders?
A. We only take payments by credit, debit card, and PayPal at present.
Q. Are my card details secure?
A. Your credit card details will be encrypted to keep them completely secure. This encrypted information is processed thru Shopify servers and we don’t receive your credit card numbers or any secured details other than info pertaining to the order and a shipping address for the item(s) purchased. We promise that we will not pass on your details to any third party.
Q. When will you charge for my order?
A. Your card will be charged within 24-hours of placing your order.
Q. What will it cost?
A. Free Delivery for all orders within the United States.
All orders (Both US and International) are shipped free of charge per package regardless of how many items may be included in the package. These orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx to arrive at your destination within 3-5 business days. All orders are subject to stock availability. You will be notified if your item(s) are not in stock. Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped together. We apologize; however, we cannot ship to P.O., or F.P.O. boxes. For APO Address', please contact me first. We do support our Military and Civilian components assigned to APO Addresses. I was deployed several times as a civilian employee so I willing to change the policy on a case by case basis. You will be notified within 1 business day when your order can be shipped. Items not currently in stock will usually leave our store within 5-7 business days.

All orders delivered within the United States are shipped free of charge. We also offer 3-day delivery, 2nd-day delivery, and overnight delivery by UPS, FedEx at extra cost.
International Shipping Information
We offer several methods of international shipping, including shipping through DHL Express Worldwide (2 to 3 business days), USPS Priority Mail Express International (3 to 5 business days), and USPS Priority Mail International (6 to 10 business days). Shipping charges are calculated upon check-out. All international credit card purchases must be shipped to the billing address, and the cardholder must sign to acknowledge receipt of the shipment.
Please note that once the product is in your country, you will be responsible for customs, duties, or import fees that may apply.
These delivery charges may be subject to special promotional discounts from time to time, in which case these changes will be announced at the time of ordering.
Q. How is my order delivered?
A. We ship your order by courier. All our jewelry comes in beautiful presentation boxes, suitable for gifts. Full authenticity details (ex. GIA certification and appraisals) for each product are included on the accompanying invoice.
Once delivered, the items ordered will become your property and your responsibility. The risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on delivery.
The placing of an order through the website shall be deemed conclusive evidence of your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Q. How long will my order take?
A. Most orders ship within 3-5 days from the date you placed your order. In the event that your order will take longer, you will be notified by email within 24hrs from the time of your order. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking order confirmation. From that point, your order will then take 3 business days to arrive.
Custom or made-to-order Jewelry requires additional time. Reach out to us with your custom request so we can estimate the completion date. Usually we are able to locate gemstones within a few days and within a week we can complete the jewelry. If you request certifying the gemstones through GIA lab in NY, expect 3-4 extra weeks which is beyond our control. We highly recommend all your high end Gemstones and diamonds to be certified through GIA and an appraisal. If we have a certified gemstone in stock, then we can cut the extra weeks.
Q. What happens if I am out?
A. All Nava Gemstones packages are shipped Insured 'Signature Required'. If someone is not there to sign for the package courier will make a second delivery attempt. If someone is still not there at that point, your package will be at your local courier Holding Center for you to pick-up.
Q. What if my order has not arrived?
A. If your order hasn't arrived, please call the courier and provide your Tracking Number. Usually, your package is on its way, and the courier will give you the exact date of delivery. If the package is lost, the courier will further assist you, and they will also notify us. Nava Gemstones insures all packages shipped to you, the customer.
Q. Can I return my order?
A. Yes. To return your unworn, unwanted jewelry, simply contact us with your Complete Name and Order Number. Ship your package insured for the amount you paid. UPS or FedEx is the preferred shipping carrier. Your package must have a tracking number. Since jewelry has virtually no weight, your shipping cost is very low on returns. Please Follow Complete Return Instructions for returning or exchanging an order to ensure proper procedure and refunds.
Please note: We can't accept returns custom made-to-order orders and products that have been personalized to your specification, such as re-sized rings, by another jeweler or us. If we make an exception to this policy, there will be a 25% re-stocking fees.
Q. What is the return address?
A. We will provide return information based on the item purchased. For any high end items, will be shipped to our lab in NY for complete inspection/evaluation of the gemstones/diamonds before any refunds are issued. Loose colored gemstones valued $500 or less, need to be returned to our Texas address.
Q. How do I make a return?
A. Please send back your purchase in its as-shipped condition within 30 days of the invoice date. This should include all packaging materials.
Fill out the Returns Form with the reason for return and enclose this with your return.
Remove the pre-printed Returns Label attached to this receipt and fix it to the OUTER packaging of your return. You may return in the original envelope if you like.
If you have lost your returns form, we will send you another one.
Q. How long does it take to process a return?
A. Provided that the items are returned in its original packaging, the item price (including VAT) will be refunded within 30 days of receipt at our premises. The reason for this delay is to ensure our Gemologist and/or Jeweler have sufficient time to inspect the item for its authenticity. Your money will be returned to you by your original means of payment.
Q. What is your Return Policy?
A. We offer Risk-Free shopping. If you are not fully satisfied for any reason, you may return or exchange any purchase within 30 days from the date of receipt. All returns/exchanges are subject to inspection and approval.
Q: What if I purchase a uncertified Gem and certified it through GIA and the result came back to heating or other findings contradicting the listing?
A: Hopefully this will never happen. But in an unfortunate situation, it happens, we will accept full refund, including shipping and your testing cost. You will need to include the GIA testing lab report with the return since we are reimbursing for it. Again, we are doing everything we can so this wont happen but if it did, we will take care of you without any questions. This is an issue mostly with Pink Sapphires. We have seen GIA certifying it as Heated when multiple other labs certified it as unheated. Nevertheless, we will take care of any issues.
Q. What ring sizes do you sell?
A. We have standardized all of our ring sizes. Unless otherwise stated at the time of sale on the website, all women's ring sizes are US size 7.
Q. Will you size the ring I'm interested in, and how long does it take for you to size my ring?
A. We will size the ring you're interested in to your specifications. If you're unsure of your exact ring size, please see our ring size page to help determine your ring size. Please allow us 4 business days to size your ring.
PRICING & MISC/GENERAL:
Q. How can you price items at such affordable prices?
A: As we make our own jewelry (with the gemstone of your choice) and sell directly to you, we cut out the middleman to bring you our jewelry at great prices.
Q. Do you offer the lowest prices in town?
A. We don’t claim to offer the lowest price in the industry but our costs are lower than major chains. Compared to big box chains, we do not hold large inventories or sales staff. Please note we cannot compete with the big box chains since they do have buying power and they buy many of their diamonds and gemstones in large quantities at cheaper prices but they do have big overhead expenses which is reflected on their prices.
Q. Are your Gemstones Certified?
A. We carefully go through gemstones we sell, and certifies our high-end investment-grade gemstones through GIA, AIGS or GLC, with free appraisal services. The certification is your document of diamond accuracy and testifies everything about your diamond, including Color, Grade, and Clarity.
